Is Assistant Professor of Conflict Resolution, Diplomacy and Strategic Planning at the Arab American University in Palestine. Dalal is a weekly columnist at AlQuds Newspaper. She serves as advisor of Strategic Communications at the PMO. She served as the senior policy consultant for writing the UNDP Human Development Report in 2015. She taught at Birzeit University at the faculty of law and Public Administration in 2011, 2012. Dalal has been in charge of Development & International Relations at Ibrahim Abu Loghud Institute at BZU in 2004. She has completed a number of trainings and executive diplomas in leadership, negotiations and conflict resolution. Dalal was elected President of the Diplomatic Academy of London Students’ Association in 2003. She was also a member of the students’ council at the University of Jordan in 2001.
Dalal is passionate about bringing change into the Palestinian society through education.
Dalal Erakat has a PhD in Public Administration from Paris I Sorbonne, A Masters degree in Diplomatic Studies from Westminster University in London and a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Jordan.
